Spring covers a lot of ground, from the shops of Old Town Spring off I-45 to newer neighborhoods out toward the Grand Parkway and Rayford Road. Cooling Technicians LLC is a small, family-owned HVAC company. Adam Naquin has owned and run it out of Tomball since 2012, and Spring has been part of our regular area the whole time. Call (832) 420-4145 or (832) 302-4608.

Common AC Problems in Spring
- Systems that run all day in July. Spring sits in the same muggy heat as Houston, and a system that's a little low on refrigerant or has a weak capacitor will often limp along until the hottest week of the year, then quit. That's what a spring tune-up is for.
- Duct leaks in the attic. Flex duct pulled loose from a plenum or ceiling box is one of the most common things we find in Spring attics. It shows up as high bills and rooms that never quite cool down.
- Water where it shouldn't be. A clogged condensate line or a rusted-out drain pan can leave a stain on the ceiling under the attic unit. Flushing the drain is part of every tune-up.
- Older neighborhoods, older equipment. Many homes in 77373 and 77388 were built in the 1980s and 1990s; if your system is original or close to it, we'll give you an honest read on whether it's worth fixing.
What We Check
- Inspect and check the outdoor condenser coil and indoor evaporator coil
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Test the capacitor and contactor
- Flush the condensate drain line
- Check the air filter
- Check and tighten electrical connections
- Check thermostat operation
We explain what we find and lay out options before any repair. Filter tip: 1" filters every 1 to 3 months, 4" to 5" media filters every 6 to 12 months.

Spring AC FAQ
Can you come today? Often. Call (832) 420-4145 or (832) 302-4608 in the morning for the best shot at a same-day visit.
Why is my electric bill so high this summer? Common culprits are a dirty outdoor coil, low refrigerant, a leaky duct connection in the attic or an aging system. A $94 diagnostic will tell you which, and it's waived if you have us do the repair.
Do you charge more on weekends? No — our regular hours include Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Only calls outside those hours have the $120 after-hours fee, waived with repair.
Do you service heat pumps and furnaces too? Yes, along with central AC and mini-splits.
What if it's time to replace? Free estimates, an honest recommendation, and Wisetack financing if you want monthly payments.
